Maternity Benefits

Maternity benefits are available through the HealthyTNBabies program. To apply for these benefits, applicants must follow these instructions:

Step 1 — Complete the CoverKids application
• Print the CoverKids application and complete sections 1, 3, 4, 5 (if applicable) and 6, or
• Call CoverKids toll-free at 1-866-620-8864 and request that an application be mailed to you.


Step 2 — Mail completed application to:
